Delaware is a new state for JogAmericaBlog. This sign comes from a blog that documents a 2003 cross country trip. It seems like the blog hasn't been updated for a while, but of course, nothing on the web ever dies.
I managed to get out and do my Thursday 5K this morning, only one day late. It was not quite as fast as last Thursday. I guess I'm just slower on Fridays.
