Apoptosis is natural cell death. A cell does its job, then it dies, and gets sloughed off. If your cells don't undergo apoptosis, they keep growing. That's cancer.
Why bring this up? Because this photo is from a blog called Digital Apoptosis. What does that mean? I haven't the slightest idea. I can't make heads or tails of it.
I did feel much stronger this morning. I didn't go really far, because I've got a long weekend planned. But at least I had a little spring in my step.
