Day 1381 -- Washington, DC

Welcome to our nations capitol. I got this picture from Rebuilding Place in the Urban Space, a blog that "focuses on place and placemaking and all that makes it work--historic preservation, urban design, transportation, asset-based community development, arts & cultural development, commercial district revitalization, tourism & destination development, and quality of life advocacy--along with doses of civic engagement and good governance watchdogging." The blogger isn't real fond of this sign. The title on this blog post is "Is this the best we can do?"

It was a beautiful morning for a run. It was warm early this week. Then Wednesday, a cool front came through, and we've had four pretty nice days. Today was the best of all. No rain, no strong wind. Just 15 degrees and pleasant.
