I ran eleven miles this morning, the same route as last Sunday. Of course, last Saturday, I didn't run, but yesterday I ran 6+ miles, so I knew from the beginning it would be a plod, and it was. I was fortunate that I had intermediately sprinkling rain to keep me cool. So I made it through, and now I'm ready for a day off.
