Day 95 -- Plugging along

It was another warm and humid morning. I survived, but now I'm just sitting back, trying to drink as much water as I can.

I think that I've gotten a little ahead of myself. I'm not sure that I was near Louisville, yesterday. If I've got my directions right, I'm still (after today!) about 12 miles east of Canton, and Louiville is about 6 miles east of Canton. So for a couple of days, I won't be posting any progress on the map, although I will continue to run.

HAVING A LITTLE TROUBLE WITH THE MAP ARE WE? THATS OK IT IS PROBABLY GENETIC. GREAT GRANDPA JOGGER COULDN'T READ A MAP AND WAS ABLE TO GET LOST IN THE SMALLEST OF TOWNS. TRAVELING WITH HIM COULD BE AN ADVENTURE IM SURE YOU REMEMBER.I WAS ALWAYS RATHER AMAZEDTHAT HE MADE HIS LIVING DRIVING A CAR.

The problem isn't reading the map. The problem is judging distance on it. When I was on the Pennsylvania Interstate, there was a very nice page that told me the mileage for the major exits, which kept me on track. Now that I'm taking smaller roads, I'm just guessing distance from the look of the map. That's my excuse, and I'm sticking to it.

Hey, Mr. J.

I was just catching up on your entries... I missed the one about your anniversary. It was *such* a sweet entry! And happy belated birthday to your little one!

And now a question for you... have you ever had problems with the outsides of one or both knees due to running? I have lately, and it's progressively getting worse (i.e. turning my knee even the slightest or going up/down hills makes the one knee almost give out). If you've had this happen to you, what did you do to fix it?
