From the Sauk Centre Journal, frost on Ash Street, December 21, 2005. The notes say that it was about 0 degrees. Perhaps I'd better put my tights on.
It was well above 0 here this morning. It was a nice morning for a long run, and long run I did. Eleven and a half miles. I even managed to pick up the pace for the last 5K, and run it in under 30 minutes. Not bad, after an eight mile warm up.
