We stayed up late Monday to watch the fireworks. So I went ahead and slept in on Tuesday. After all, I had run on Monday, which is my normal day off, so I was due for a day off. This morning, I ran 6.5 miles in muggy heat. It was actually foggy this morning. Not a good sign in early July.
