Hey, if I stick around Hancock for another couple of months, I can run the Western Maryland Half Marathon. It benefits Habitat for Humanity, a worthy cause. However, I had better not jump the gun, as I appear to have done in this photo from the 2008 race.
It was totally ugly this morning. It was 24 degrees already at 6 in the morning, and so humid it was foggy. I managed to plod out a little over four miles. Don't expect any long or fast runs until the weather breaks.
