I picked a nice warm-looking picture of Riverside Inn Bed and Breakfast, because my run to day was cold. I slept in this morning, and decided to go for a run at noon. It was a whopping 26 degrees (F), and the roads are clear, so I decided to run outside. It was cold. I enjoyed it, but I was reminded of how much harder it is to actually run -- move your body over the ground -- than to flap your arms and legs on the treaded dreadmill. By the end of five miles, I was sucking wind pretty badly. It didn't help that I was coming off a long run yesterday. Anyway, I'm glad I did it.
