Fernley, Nevada, is fairly big compared to the towns that I've been in lately (about 8500 people, according to
wikipedia) so I have more of a choice of photos. I picked this one, because I think it's a cool project. These students from Fernley are participating in
MetLink, an international project where students from around the world share their meteorological observations.
I ran my 15 miles today. It took over two and a half hours. I was really, really tired at the end, but I made it. Actually, I didn't have much doubt I'd make it, even as I was counting down the last 25 laps, one at a time. I felt good. I still have a ways to go to get ready for a marathon, but at least I made my distance today.
