The Gladstone Area High School, "Home of the Braves". Don't get me started on Native American nicknames for sports teams. Suffice to say that I haven't heard any good solid arguments in favor of them.
Thunderstorms this morning led me to run indoors. It was fine, except I ended up running late, because the gym opens so late. (Yes, it has been pointed out to me that ordinary people do not consider opening at 6:00 to be "late".) In any case, I felt pretty good, even after my 20 miles on Sunday. Tomorrow, an easy 5.
