I believe that today is the day that I actually run past the exit to Valmy, so, courtesy of RockyMountainRoads.com, the exit to Valmy.
I ran seven more today, topping off a good week. I ran all five days, for a total of over 28 miles. If I get in a long run this weekend, it will really be good. I'm tired tonight, but planning to take tomorrow off and run on Sunday. We'll see.
