At the beginning of the month, I set a goal not to miss a scheduled day of running in March. I almost blew it today. I turned off the alarm, rolled over, and slept for an extra two hours. However, it was Friday, and I didn't have any reason to stick around late in the afternoon, so I came home and ran six in the afternoon.
Problem solved, right? Well, I imagine it's problem postponed. Because I don't see any way I'm going to run tomorrow. With a late afternoon run today, and 18 miles scheduled on Sunday, I'm going to need a day off.
