Eight miles today carried me into Idaho, and through downtown Moscow, so we get two photos. First, the obligatory "Welcome to Idaho" sign, this one from Chris's Picassa Web Album.
Also, a photo of downtown Moscow, from Wikimedia Commons.
At least I resisted the urge to Photoshop myself into a picture of Red Square.
Today's run was great. I had a lot of energy, and I went out and ran eight miles relatively hard. I was really pleased. Now I'll take a day off, and I plan to run all five mornings next week. We'll see if that can happen.
