From Wikimedia Commons, Bethany Memorial Chapel near Kendrick, Idaho. Apparently, the Chapel was built in 1908. I don't know who Bethany was, or why we are memorializing her.
I overslept this morning. I neglected to set my alarm, so I didn't get up until Mrs. Jogger's alarm went off, about a half hour later than usual. But I didn't have any appointments this morning, so I still went to the gym. In fact, I ran a solid 10.7 miles, which took me quite some time. It was hard, but it was a good hard. I felt good all day.
