From Free-Attractions.com, this nice photo of free things to do near Ahsahka. I'm not sure exactly how free this is. I mean, I imagine that the view is free, but the horses aren't. You gotta bring your own horse, or rent one. In any case, the view is downright breathtaking.
I ran 5.3 miles today, at a medium pace. I felt fine, physically, but had trouble getting my head into the run. I'm going to need to get back into the habit of getting up early. Classes start a week from tomorrow.
