Day 794 -- Missoula

We got out of church around noon today. It was 25 degrees, but the sun was shining, and there wasn't much wind. So I pulled on my ugly tights, threw on a sweatshirt, laced up my Reeboks, and hit the pavement. By the time I was done, I had run a little over 8 miles in a little over 80 minutes. That's a pretty good pace over that distance in those conditions. I felt pretty good, but now I've been sitting on the sofa grading all afternoon, and my legs have totally tightened up.

More people have finished the FFFK. Some links:
Wes
Marci
Karen
Abby
Also reporting, but I can't find their blogs or their reports: Ms. V, Vanilla, Nat

I finished and posted (just now) my 5K (and then some) for Nancy.

Thanks for setting this up. I love virtual races (that I can do on the dreadmill because it's pouring rain outside...)
