I ran through Gaylord today, as you can see from this shot, taken live on location. OK, not taken live on location. Taken some time ago by the good people at TripAdvisor.com. But it looks like a nice little town.
I slept in this morning. Just couldn't drag myself out of bed. But I came home in the afternoon and did five and a half, in a light drizzle. It felt good. There's a lot to be said for an afternoon run. It helps me to unwind after a long day. But I don't usually have time. And there's so much traffic! In the morning, I'm lucky if I see two cars moving at once. In the afternoon, I have to constantly wait for traffic. Well, maybe not constantly. But several times.
