I'm headed east out of Kooskia. The next town is Syringa, but I'm not there, yet. So, for my photo op, I thought I'd drop down a little to Stites. This pretty little coffee shop is from Tony's Picassa Web Album.
You may have noticed a slight change in my photo. You can see my new running tights, which I got from Zombie Runner, my favorite on-line running store. They had a clearance. There is some controversy in the Jogger household about whether this is the sort of apparel that anybody should be caught dead in. Words like "hideous" and "appalling" have been bandied about. I like them.
I ran 5.3 miles today, indoors, at the gym. I'm glad I did. It definitely gave me a boost for my first day of class. Class itself went well, I think. The students seemed interested, and they contributed to the discussion. I've already had a couple in to ask about the homework that is due Thursday. Which means that they got right to work on it, which is good.

WHOEVER USED THE WORDS HIDEOUS AND APPALLING SHOULD BE ASHAMED. THESE WORDS ARE GROSS UNDERSTATEMENTS. THAT IS WHY THEY ARE COOL!
Those shorts look like a full blown mid life crisis. you definitely are deranged.
